Execution
Beat in a bowl the eggs and add sea salt. In another bowl place the breadcrumbs. Dip each mushroom first in the egg and then roll it in the breadcrumbs in order to cover them well from both sides. Pour oil into a frying pan to heat up and then fry the breaded mushrooms from both sides until they get a nice golden color. They accompany well meat dishes or they can be served as a tidbit with wine, beer or ouzo.
