Pleurotus mushrooms with lemon and garlic

Instructions

Chop the mushrooms after removing the stems.

Pour olive oil into a frying pan to heat up.

Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and powder garlic.

Sauté for five to seven minutes and then  deglaze with lemon.

Ideal tidbit for ouzo or tsipouro.

Pleurotus mushrooms with beef in the oven

Execution

Sauté the meat in a cooking pot with a 1/3 cup of olive oil so that it browns from both sides.  Deglaze with wine and let it evaporate.

Add the graded tomato and sugar and we let it boil.

In another cooking pot (quite deep) pour 1/3 cup olive oil and place the onions (thick slices).  Sauté them lightly and add the peppers cut in slices. After that, add the mushrooms.
